$40 per hour van and driver to drive only
$80 per hour van and 2 men to help carry
LORRY:
$60 per hour 10 ft.lorry van and driver to drive only
$100 per hour 10 ft.lorry plus 2 men to help carry
OTHER ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
Additional charges for house not on a lift level = $10 per level per mover
Additional charges after 5pm = $10 per hour per mover
Additional charges for weekends/ holiday = $10 per mover
Additional charge for extra location = $10 per location per mover
