Prenatal yoga focuses on poses for pregnant women, in order to increase strength and flexibility. It also helps pregnant women to develop proper breathing and relaxation techniques for easier and more comfortable. It can be beneficial to expand your support system to include other pregnant mothers. prenatal yoga teacher training program at our centre is for the people who have been trained in RYS 200 hour’s program, as well as, for the experienced yoga practitioners having sufficient foundation knowledge of yoga practices and philosophy.
