We are seeking a motivated, self-starting individual to join our company as a Canvasser TEAM LEAD. As part of our Canvassing street team, you are the leader in your area. You establish a team and keep that team motivated. You and your team walk through neighborhoods going door-to-door and to other areas around your location to speak with potential leads about our services. This is an essential part of our lead generation process and outreach strategy, and requires you to have excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. You gather personal data from your contacts and help them determine how they can best benefit from our service offerings. Team Leads receive extra training to help you and your team thrive on a daily basis, and you are expected to pass this training on to your team members. This position best suits individuals that may be considered “people persons'', and are willing to get out in the population. This can be a physically active position so it's best to be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time (or sit for an extended amount of time if using an assistive device, etc.) throughout the workday, although you will do so at your own leisure.
