Dr. Pargman is a Wichita native and graduated from Goddard High School. She received a Bachelors degree in Biological Sciences from Emporia State University. Dr. Pargman attended Missouri School of Dentistry and Oral Health, where she further developed her passion of being a community-minded provider. She has volunteered hundreds of hours educating and providing care in grade schools, nursing homes, juvenile centers, and to local veterans in underserved communities all throughout Missouri.
