The condo unit above the pool at this address has been vacant for some time and I am looking to purchase it as soon as possible. It would be ideal if you could move into the unit immediately upon completion of your residency here. This will give me the opportunity to make changes that may not otherwise be made since I have no previous experience with such things. The unit is located on the second floor and has two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchenette and living room area. You must provide your own furniture and furnishings. There are also several parking spaces available in front of the building.
